LastRound is a reusable alternative to makeup pads and rounds. It’s made of a shape-shifting fabric that feels just like regular cotton rounds when liquid is applied and one pack is good for 1750 uses or more.
Every pack consists of 7 reusable cotton pads and a bio-based case.
LastRound is tough when dry but soft with a little bit of water. You can use it for gently cleaning your skin, applying creams or removing your makeup without any discomfort.
Machine wash used pads at 60°C in a laundry bag. The rounds are machine washable at up to 60C/140F. We suggest washing them in a mesh laundry bag as this will extend the lifespan of the rounds.
🌏 Backyard Compostable
LastRound is made of 100% renewable raw materials. Every round is completely compostable.
🌏 Bio-Based Case
Our reusable cotton pads are stored in a plant-based case which will last forever!
🌏 What is LastRound made of?
The rounds are made of 70% Scandinavian wood fibers and 30% cotton fibers that are too short to be used in the textile industry. The case comes in two versions and is either made of a plant-based material, or of recycled ocean-bound plastic.
The round diameter is 6cm.
🌱 How do I get makeup stains out of the round?
Most liquid makeup, like foundation, is oil-based, so the way to remove the stains is by using a grease-fighting agent, like dish soap. Wet the area, and apply dish soap to the stain with a soft brush, and then launder the rounds.
🌱 Can I use the rounds to remove nail polish?
The rounds can be used with nail polish remover, but they will likely not last as long, and it's important that you clean them thoroughly, otherwise leftover nail polish will make them stiffer. Once a round has been used for nail polish, it should only be used for nail polish.
🌱 How long will the rounds last?
The seven rounds of a LastRound case are expected to last for 1750 uses in total. To preserve the rounds we recommend washing them in a mesh laundry bag.
🌱 How do I dispose of the rounds at their end of life?
The rounds are compostable with your household waste.
